Subject: Trade Cancellation

The Small Exchange Inc. promotes fair and orderly markets. In various circumstances, including when a Participant notifies Small Exchange Inc. of a potential error trade, Small Exchange Inc. has the right to cancel or adjust the related trade pursuant to Appendix A of the Rulebook.

On May 18, 2022, at 1:35PM CT, a trade was executed in the May 73 SPRE call options at $0.00. After reviewing the trading activity, Small Exchange determined that the fill was due to a system error. As a result, this trade has been canceled.
